How often should I groom my pet?

What’s included in a grooming session?

Our grooming services include a bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, and coat styling. We also offer additional hygiene treatments like teeth brushing, deshedding, and flea treatments.

Can I stay and watch while my pet is being groomed?

For safety and comfort, we recommend leaving your pet with us. Rest assured, our professional groomers will take great care of them!

Boarding

What do I need to bring for my pet’s stay?

We provide cat litter for cats, but we recommend bringing your pet’s food to maintain their usual diet. If your pet has a favorite blanket or toy, feel free to bring it for extra comfort!

Will my pet get playtime during boarding?

Absolutely! Pets staying with us get regular exercise, playtime, and lots of attention from our caring team.

Do you accept pets with special medical needs?

Yes, but please let us know in advance so we can provide the proper care. Medication administration may be available upon request.

Health & Safety

Are vaccinations required for grooming and boarding?

Yes! For the safety of all pets, we require up-to-date vaccinations. Please bring proof of vaccination during your visit.

Do you groom pets with skin conditions or fleas?

We can provide medicated baths for pets with skin issues, but for flea infestations, we recommend a flea treatment before grooming.

How do you handle anxious or aggressive pets?

We use gentle handling techniques and take our time to ensure pets feel safe. If your pet has severe anxiety or aggression issues, please let us know in advance.
